About Me

This blog is about wellness.  It’s about happiness, wholeness, and healing.

The aim of this blog is to bring balance to the life of every reader.  Like a sensitive scale, sometimes balance is achieved by adding something, and sometimes balance is achieved by removing something.  Often, it’s a combination of both.  As such, this blog gives suggestions on things to consider adding to your life and things to consider removing from your life.

Our world is full of confusion and toxicity.  And sadly, much of this confusion and toxicity makes its way into our bodies—into our very souls.  The good news, though, is that healing our bodies and souls can begin immediately. Today! The very act of choosing to change is a healing step.

As you read this blog, you’ll discover a variety of wellness topics, with one common thread manifesting throughout: yoga.  This is because yoga is much more than a physical exercise of bodily contortions, and it’s much more than an excuse to wear form-fitting clothes.  Yoga is a way of thinking.  It’s a way of life.  It’s a philosophy that informs how we find peace and balance.  When properly internalized, yoga becomes the driving force that informs all other wellness decisions.

The symptoms of an unbalanced, unwell, life aren’t always as obvious one might think.  That’s because as we grow older, we become more complacent and accepting of our unhappy selves as merely the necessary product of aging.  This is absolute rubbish.  Some of the healthiest, happiest souls on Earth are old people who successfully employ the power and philosophy of yoga.

Unless you’re already dead, it’s never too late to start living happily with more health and more balance.

Thank you for making this blog a part of your wellness journey!

Ready. Set. Wellness!
